My favorite burrito spot. Asada super burrito is so good. I've been eating here since 2010. It never disappoints.

Would give a 100/10 for the excellent tasting cóctel de camarón (Mexican style shrimp cocktail). For $18 you get the cocktail and two tacos with your protein choice. Very much worth every penny. A couple months ago I rated another place in Ventura 5/5 due to their Mex. shrimp cocktail as well. The difference with this place is that I did not have to request low sugar either time I’ve ate here. Their recipe is not overly sweet, has all the deliciously authentic flavor AND nutrients. The shrimp tastes fresh and crisp and the avocado is perfectly creamy with enough to cover thru every bite (a generous amount). I don’t like my cocktail super sweet so I’m grateful I gave this place a go since it’s closer than the other place. And it’s a great $deal$. Their asada burritos are very good too, internally wet with chili sauce and onion, cilantro. Pretty sure you can request the chili sauce on the side for less juice (they are JUICY - so are the tacos). I heard the flautas are exceptionally good too!! Can’t forget about the customer service which was pretty decent. My friend who frequents here says the same thing about the friendliness. Restroom cleanliness was appreciated as well. I highly recommend this place!!! Can’t wait to try some other dishes here in the future.

Highly recommend this taqueria even though it is out of the way for people living in Oxnard or Camarillo. The asada is good as well as the pollo. The burritos are so flavorful and nicely portioned.

Cash only, but they have an atm. They also have a chips and salsa bar!

Pretty good food. I've eaten at other Tapatio locations and this one was better then the rest. Got asada tacos. They were pretty good and flavorful. The meat was not dry or over seasoned. The down side is that they only take cash, the beans were runny and the rice didn't have much of a flavor. The employees were really nice. The cashier was really friendly and the restaurant was clean.
